A Nickel coating is applied to our Coated Brass nozzles to provide protection against corrosion, erosion, and abrasion. Nickel coated nozzles have more corrosion resistance and lower coefficient of friction, which allows slicker feeding of material and delays plastic adhesion to the nozzle's surface.

Plated with Non-stick Composite Additive TwinClad XT Plating
The FlowTech nozzle, equipped with Bondtech CHT technology, can achieve a maximum volumetric flow rate of up to 50 mm³/sec.
More uniform layer deposition is achieved by splitting the filament flow into multiple chambers as it passes through the melt zone. This reduces gaps and weak points between layers.

Contenuto della confezione: 5 ugelli in acciaio temprato da 0,4 mm. Adatto solo per stampanti 3D Bambulab P1P, P1S, X1, X1C, X1E. Questo nozzle non è adatto per Bambulab A1/A1 Mini. Si prega di verificare il modello della stampante prima dell'acquisto.
Vantaggi della Nozzle in acciaio rigido: la durezza è superiore a HRC60, che può ridurre l'abrasione all'interno e all'esterno dell'ugello durante la pressione a lungo termine, più resistente al calore e durevole rispetto ai normali ugelli in ottone.
Alta precisione: la parete interna dell'ugello è liscia e non ha sbavature, il coefficiente di viscosità è basso, l'errore di diametro dell'estrusore è inferiore a 0,02 mm, il che garantisce un'estrusione accurata e liscia.
Filamenti consigliati: la temperatura massima dell'ugello in acciaio temprato è di 400 °C. Può stampare filamenti ad alta temperatura come PLA, ABS, TPU, PETG, PC, nylon, ecc.
Attenzione: questo ugello in acciaio temprato è compatibile solo con l'Hotend Bambu aggiornato. Il kit hotend originale non è applicabile.
