L’IMPORTANZA DELLA PATINA: è la chiave per un risultati perfetti, con meno grassi! Effettuando la bruciatura, e con le varie cotture, si crea una sorta di rivestimento antiaderente naturale, che comporta un normale scolorimento della padella e ne migliora le performance.
PRIMA DELL'USO: per creare la patina sulla padella in ferro ZWILLING, è necessario effettuare la bruciatura. A tal fine, scaldare la padella sul fuoco con un po' d'olio (a fuoco medio-alto) o sulla griglia, o in forno a 250° fino a quando tutto l'olio non sarà evaporato. Per ottenere una patina più uniforme e resistente, questo processo può essere ripetuto 3-4 volte.
